[Resolved]  TBUY — Poor service

My name is muhamed anees, i am a good customer of your tbuy shopping .I have brought many product with different contact details for my family and everything was working fine .For last seven months, i am facing an issue with your service for my orbitrek(reference no-60857) that i have brought, now the wheel is whobbling .Here i would like to address, whenever i contacted your service center (even yesterday-12/02/14), each time i get a reply that "i have arranged for call back and will get back to you in 1 hour and also service will be at the spot in 48 hours", but now it has been around 7 months still, no one has arrived for service. Whenever i call, first a tamil person picks up and tell that he dont know other language and wait for a second while i handover your call to desired language proffessional usually it takes long time or else they promise to call back which is never done. This is cyclic and i think everyone out there are actually enjoying teasing the customers, to my utter dismay, i could find this situation only for services not for sales. I think the reason behind it is, the person who is authorized to manage is not capable of his duty or their is no manager assigned.If everything is alright, there is a need to revamp. Earlier i used to recommend most of the patients who come to my hospital to use orbitrek but hereafter i will make sure that none of them buy from your website. Infact, I am not a person who is interested in complaining nor i have time neither.This complaint is only because of one of your customer service staffs (Miss shakti), which prompted me to do so. Her response and conversation were very disturbing to me When i asked her why dont you provide service on time, she replied "Did i tell you to buy this product"?.Many times she even hanged the phone.I even have proof to substantiate, the calls were made between 3.55 pm to 4.15pm.Finally, Mr.Raj kumar(i guess) picked up the phone and his conversation was quite convincing, let me wait for 48 hours, yet to get my service done. I apologize, if my complaints bothers others, but we need to denounce and deter further problems because their may be many other customers who might have faced the same situation. I hope my complaint will be considered earnestly.
