I'm receiving poor TCCL signal in my home but my neighbours are getting better connection. My local cable operator is not responding to complaints. I've informed the connection issues multiple times everyday for the past 45 days. But he has neither responded properly not fixed the issue. He simply ignores my Complaint and visit my home only to collect the monthly tariff, nothing else. Pls take necessary action against my Complaint. Was this information helpful? |
