This is to bring into your kind notice that my product was couriered on 30/07/2018 and the expected delivery was 03/08/2018 but it is 17/08/2018 it has yet not delivered to our customer. Further there is no proper response from the customer care and TCI Verna Goa branch.
After so many reminders, mails & also my personal visit on 14th Aug and promising and mail confirmation to deliver the product on 16/08/2018 before 2PM, but yet not delivered. Kindly look into the matter on top priority take strong action Was this information helpful? |
