Material was received at aligarth godown on 19.06.2018 but till date the material has not been delivered to our enduser. Our production has stopped due to non receipt of this urgent material.
Will you please investigate the matter for such negligency of your person.
Each & every day we are follwing up with the concern person of tci and same reply we receive today we are sending.
Our customer is going to deduct some amount from our bill as a penalty. If we will not get proper response from your side. We will discontinue your services and will deduct penalty amount from your bill
