[Resolved] Tci Xps — delay delivery without any clarification update in the system | |||
Dear sir, we dispatched a part from tci xps on 08/09/2017 heaving docket no.[protected] expected date of delivery is 14/09/2017 and also part is received at nelmangla hub by 11/09/2017 but here part is hold for six days why it is happen it is totally irresponsible and wrong committed work quality i never expect these type of services from tci xps also after complaining at 9:40a:m at morning your customer care staff told i will call you back but after that nobody can respond kindly look in this matter and give the solution for future reference. Verified Support Sep 18, 2017 TCI XPS Customer Care's response Dear SirYour consignment will be delivered today. It was hold at Ambala due to Kisaan Andolan due to which vehicles were hold. I m from saharanpur, my docket number is [protected], when i check docket status than i saw itz delievered in 20sep. But now 22sept 2.30 am and no update, i call ths number [protected], 20 to 30 time till morrning but all time fake update just like (5 minute me pahoch raha h, 10minute me pshoch raha h), , , , i will never believe ur service, , ,
