Tci Xps — for late delivery of consignment

I am sanjeev my residence is b-32, 2nd floor, suraj park, delhi-110042, near bangla sweets.

Actually my company intas pharmaceuticals ltd booked a consignment for me from your courier service on 11th of july with a docket no[protected] which is successfully reached on the hub of sanjay gandhi transport nagar on 14th of july and the same is delivered at my address on 3rd of august.

You had mentioned that the address is wrong. Neither i get any call from your side nor any mail or info i received from your side for the same.

Can you please tell me that what is the issue in this.
