[Resolved] Tci Xps — late delivery for docket number[protected]

The consignment of 50 boxes is booked on 09/03/18 from latur to madurai... We are a routine customer to us... It is a season time for us. The booking point they told that it will be delivered woth in 5th day... But for the past 3-4 time we couldnt get that as discussed. Now it is in salem depot only... We have to wait for another one day to get the consginment. Every time the goods are holded in salem for one full day. S o please plan and ensure for timely delivery...

This is not the first time that we face this kind of late delivery. every time we receive the consignment at the 7-8th day only, then what is the purpose of telling 5day delivery at the time of booking...please explain us regarding this issue...
