[Resolved] Tci Xps — Non delivery of consignment booked vide TCI Express Docket No..[protected]

Consignment was booked vide vide above referred docket number on 15.06.2017 from SURAT but till date i.e.24.06.2017 we have not received the consignment. Still TCI Express Tracking shows consignment "IN TRANSIT". Morevover, their toll free number says GPS is not working. We would like to know what happened to our consignment, when they will deliver it to us. Very poor nd worst customer care service ive ever seen .
Tci Transport Kurnool branch Customer care Agent not giving proper information nd rude against customers
And also delaying our material for calling to customer care service fr two times.
