[Resolved] Tci Xps — parcel not received from coimbatore to gurgaon | |||
Sir, a parcel was sent on[protected] from coimbatore to gurgaon. Dwb no. Is 33685866. But courier was not received till date[protected].in customer care, when i entered dwb no, it says that parcel has reached gurgaon on[protected]. I tried to reach customer care but there was no response to contact person in tci express directly. It's a poor service since i haven't even received a call from gurgaon office regarding the parcel. Please check and deliver parcel asap as it already more than 20 days. Was this information helpful? | |||
