[Resolved] Tci Xps — re-booking without permission. no reply on emails & calls

Sent material from mahape to ahmedabad. (Docketno :[protected]. Client returned material due to late delivery. Rebooking done from your side & dispatched to another location (Bhiwandi) without prior permission. I have mailed about the same on [protected]@tciexpress.in, csh. [protected]@tciexpress.in, fleet. [protected]@tciexpress.in, [protected]@tciexpress.in, lr. [protected]@tciexpress.in. But nobody is replying on mail.
Mr. Aditya from bhiwandi is also not replying to calls & mails. Disgusting service. Very disappointed with the service & unprofessional peoples.

DWB NUMBER[protected] Was delivered very late, on date 29.05.2019. Your official at Bhatta Kufer Shimla was talking on phone very irresponsibly. I think they have very less staff for Home Delivery.
In future I reject TCI EXPRESS for any Booklng.
