Tci Xps — very late and poor delivery

Tci express very very poor service not delievery at time its take 15 days to deliver items i want to get deliever today if today my product is not delieverd get my product to bilaspur back and money also.. When i called customer care in tci workers language and tone was very abusive worst service i have ever seen bye any courier partner i want my product to destination today or please my product back and delievery charges
