Purchased this TV in 2018 from Vijay Sales Prabhadevi, Mumbai.
Tv Stopped working in August 2020 with severe display issues.
Complaint raised in Aug 2020.
Received Complaint Number IN[protected] Sept 2020
Technician Visited site and submitted report Sept 2020
Feedback from TCL, no spares available for the said model of TV so they plan to replace entire TV with a new one.
Nov 2020 calling them weekly for update. TCL response "next week" x 2 times now.
Emailing them does not work too, as I received many times the SAME automated reply
