We have purchased one tcl tv three month ago. Within one month tv panel gets fault and after lots of calls and service it gets partly repaired.
We have made complaint again regarding the same but sometimes they close our case without attending it or they don't attend the call or service centre disconnect our call.
We are fed up with this company and want to take strict action against the company so that no other customer suffers.
