It's been 25 days.. Have called the helpline on numerous occasions to complaint that tcast not working on a new tv i purchased in jan 2018. Also, waiting someone to wall mount the tv. Every 2 days they say to hold on and that a technician will call. Till now no one has called. Never ever buying a tcl tv ever again. Worst customer service.
We have got a new tv but can't even use it properly as we agreed to pay for the swivel / rotatable wall mount which the service centre guys said they would send it but no response.

Later he switched to New TV called Ridaex which was Quite Good in terms of quality performance he bought that TV after checking all customer Reviews and ratings now it running good and no issues
