Hello sir,
I purchased three tcl smart tvs one week ago but one of the remote is not working properly and it is 7 days passing away and till date their is no replacement. Sir please send a new remote as soon as possible. Sir it is my kindly request to the tcl company that i want the replacement of remote very soon because i am running one school and the studies are going through it so please provide me new remote

Black screen while playing a video but there is sound in background but display is not appearing.The T.V was purchased from Amazon.com on 12 Aug. 2019.

I have new tcl l55 p2mus led android tv but in this tv google search application and jio saavan application is not open engineer is two time visiting but problem still same i have disappointing with tcl service please solve this problem
