I have bought TCL TV on 29 Apr 2018. The TV has stopped working due to defect in its LED panel. I have registered complain on 14 Nov 18 and since then chessing TCL customer care to get the update but they don't have any update on it. It has worst customer care. I have asked TCL customer care to give me expected time of resolution of my TV problem but they failed totally in providing required information.
