Hi dear, I had lost my food plus card, i am a tcs associate, could you please block the card and re-issue the new card. Also my old card has balance money in that account. I have lost my hdfc bank food card.
I wanted a new food card with balance transferred in it.
Also wanted to know if it can be used at stores like star bazaar or dmart. Is there any expiry for balance in food card.

i am a TCS associate, I've raised a New Card Request on 27th Dec'18 after i blocked my Old card(lost) .But still i didn't received my new card and any updates from HDFCSupportTeam and mailed to Kiran and Ganesh but no response received.
Please look into this issue asap.
