I m Waiting from past one month to get my cell phone picked up by you for repair. Every day when i called they say in next 24 hrs your phone will get pick up, but it has been more than a month there is no result. now even your supervisor are not ready to come online and talk bcoz they dont have anything to say. neither i m getting a call back from you ppl.
Please let me know by when it will be cleared

When I was going to my home my phone was in my hands .there was a bike who came by accidentally that bike put on my legs and because of that my phone put down so my screen damaged, phone getting hang finger sencor not working properly and battery backup not satisfied.

I have bought tec protec cover from ezone and after 4 months when i tried to contact on the support number provided it never connected.
I also tried to claim from there web portal, uploaded all the documents and followed up for a week by sending mails and messages from the web portal but no response.
It has been more than week now, already repenting about buying the tec protec insurance....

I bought HTC mobile from ezone and tecprotec insurance cover and there was an accidental damage after 15 days and i submitted my request for same..

after one month they accepted my documents and asked to send the mobile with original bills. It been 10 days and i am rigorously following with them but no response. I try atleast 20 times there call center but only IVR connects and no one takes calls.I feel frustrated...
