Few days I bought a DSLR worth 18240.canon 1200 with extra lens on the billion day offer. But after delivery when I opened the box, extra lens packed was found to be defective.so I requested for replacement and was replaced by an identical one with the same defects.. Now I got a call offering refund..but I need the ordered item instead of refund.or else I am planning to lodge complaint as a consumer Was this information helpful? | |||||
