Hi i received a call from delhi to initiate paper plate business and i agreed to make businesses and transferred 10000 rupees but once i made the payment they dint sent the reciept they have blocked me in whatsapp and also the call

Their gstin number is g. S. T 07apupy2246r1zn and they have cheated me. Please kindly help to stop this cheat business and also get my amount return as this is cheat
