We immediately called at the phone no. given and they asked us to send the pics of broken item.We send them pics alongwith the invoice details. And since then we have been following up with the company over phone as well as over mail but they are not sending us the replacement. Instead they are saying to send the received product back to them through courier. The company has now stopped even responding. I am sure the company might have cheated lot many other people also like this by sending defective or broken products. This I am guessing because the the courier that we received was intact and there was no sign of it being dropped or something like this, which clearly shows that they have purposefully gave us broken piece simply to cover their loss.
