Techprocess Payment Gateway — no refund for lost money | |||||
I have been using techprocess payment gateway for booking msrtc tickets since 2013. Sometimes, the ticket amount is deducted from my bank account and i do not receive the ticket copy. In such circumstances, i e-mail techprocess. They give a standard reply that they are not able to trace the transaction etc. Etc. And take me into a loop rather than giving me a solution. I have experienced this around 5-6 times and lost around 6000/- rupees this way. Techprocess doesn't refund my money nad is just eating my time, energy and most importantly - hard earned money!
