TechProcess Payment Services Limi — reversal payment reg

On (06.11.2018), i was booking bus ticket in parveen travels website and payment was attempted through netbanking via tech process payment gateway. After accepting all credentials, amount was debited from my account in icici bank (Nagercoil branch) but the payment process didnot go through. But it is not reflecting as failed transaction in parveen travels website. My bank transacton shows a debit entry as follows:
06.11.2018 [protected]/techprocess/640 rs. 1556.50
