I had ordered three t shirts on their website and paid for them using internet banking on 4th dec. That order didn't even get registered on the "my orders" section of their website. Hence i tried reaching out to their customer care since my money got deducted from the account and i have proof of that (I did share with them over email). I asked them to record my order (I don't have an order number alloted also) since i had already paid for it and dispatch the needed goods. They say on email that my order has been received already on 6th dec which is an absolute lie!! My money is gone and my order is not even on records. I am at my wits end trying to communicate with them. Their email response takes a whole day and the customer care number on the website is forwarded to a number that is always out of reach. Kindly help me somehow. They owe me rs.999/- or three t shirts! I have email communication proof of everything that i have said. Was this information helpful? |
