Hi team @ videocon service / customer care,

This is to inform you that my videocon led tv (Model - vjuyofh-hxkf, serial[protected] is not working since almost last 3 months and till date the issue is not yet resolved. The problem diagnosed by engineer visited is that the motherboard of tv has gone faulty and will be replaced. The engineer confirmed that the part will be available by month end of september 2018 but till date i am waiting for it to get fixed.
I am regularly following up but everytime the engineer confirms that the required part is still not available.
My question is that how much time does it require to get a part replaced. From which city/location/country a tv part (Motherboard) is coming.
I am just fed up with the support and service that is being provided by the videocon customer service even though i am paid an amc and still waiting for the resolution.

Now i am trying to contact the engineer and his supervisor since last 1 month but neither they are responding nor picking up my phone calls.

The situation is very ridiculously irritating and need your urgent help by either getting the part replacement done or changing my led tv set.
