Sir I have purchased Laptop hp pavilion x360 11-AD022TU from you through paytm I got the product in time it is very good But I want to avail hp festive offer to get additional warranty so I go to hp website and tried to purchase it but your name is not there Please help me out this problem as my friend has taken same laptop from paytm but other seller he got the festival offer.then why it is denied for me...
