Telangana Registration Department — online challan payment: amount debited but echallan is not generated

Dear sir,

This is saidaiah, i have made an echallan payment of rs.60000.00 through sbi epay gateway (Through hdfc bank), the amount has been debited from my account however the challan has not been generated.

Date of incident: 25-may-2018
Amount : 60000.00

This amount not refunded yet (13 jun, 2018).

There is no further details on the payment and who is responsible for this.
Please suggest on this issue for farther communication.
