I have an auto pay registered to pay my electricity bill in hdfc bank. And tsspdcl has transacted the amount of rs. 741 twice through my bank account and as well as through my credit card on 26 august 2019. Please refund the amount to my credit card. Kindly note the reference numbers are as follows.
