Hi, I have always paid our electricity bills on time and have never missed any payment but i see rs.399 in my previous month bill. Though i paid the total including the added arrears with the fear of power disconnection which is coomon in case of lte payment in our area, i would like to raise this with the department and get my money repaid/deducted.
