This is customer with usc number[protected] paid an amount of 940.27 rupees on 13-feb-2019 towards tsspdcl on behalf of domestic electricity consumers developmental charges. My issue is that neither i have received an acknowldgement on this transction from tsspdcl and even from bill desk on top of this my due is still pending in the portal till date.
