[Resolved] Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — excess power bill because of faulty meter reading

Hi Sir,

This is regarding the excess power bill generated for the month of Dec 2018 which is ₹.12770 we never used to get that much bill per annum also. I can see this huge bill amount is provided in TSSPDCL site under Online Bill Enquiry.Thisbecause of the wrong meter reading. Lineman told that the reading of meter is jumping and he could not take the bill for this. Could you please look into this issue and resolve this as early as possible. Attached the incorrect bill details provided in TSSPDCL website. You can also the graph which shows our usage from feb2018. We never used to consume those many units which are shown in dec2018 bill in website.

My bill for dec2018 is updated in TSSPDCL now.I got the correct bill thank you for the quick support.

But I want the meter to be changed because I got the same problem in last year Nov bill. Please let me know the procedure for that.
