[Resolved] Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — heavy electricity bill | |
I am quite disturbed to see an inflated electricity bill. How can i receive such a heavy electricity bill for domestic power consumption during the last 3 months (January-april) when we using same accessories from before. I am sure that there is a severe mistake in billing such a big amount towards electricity consumed in my house during these last months. Our actual consumed units is around 150. Then how it exceeding 250 and nearing 300 month by month? Is this how electricity department of telangana are cheating customers?? I will not make next payment until electricity department of telangana arranges to make necessary correction and remove the excess amount charged in current electricity bill. Verified Support May 23, 2019 Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] Customer Care's response Dear Consumer, As per our records bills were being generated based on IR reading read by the meter, if you want your meter to be tested you are requested to lodge a complaint at ICSC/CSC at below given address duly taking demand draft in the favour of TSSPDCL of amount Rs 354/-(included GST).Based on complaint meter will be sent for testing and relevant action will be taken by AE/Op based on MRT report.For more details, pl contact AE/Op/SR Nagar on [protected].
