Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — high electricity bill usc[protected] for july

I received an exorbitant bill from tspdcl for rs 8875/- when summer has gone away in hyderabad and its cool. So there is not even use of ac's.
Even in peak summer months of april may, my bills have not exceeded 5000/-
I have paid this huge amount for the month of july as i think there is a policy of "pay first and then complain"
Please rectify and sort this out
