Hi, I have paid my electricity bill twice for the month of july 2019. Please find the payment details from the attached screenshot. I have got electricity bill for august 2019 and observed that excess amount is not adjusted. Total bill paid 1019 + 1019 = 2038 Please let me now if i have to pay aug 2019 bill or not.
