Dear sir/madam, Tsspdcl was requested to disconnect the power supply of house (Details provided below) as the tenant was not paying the bill for the past few months. Accordingly tsspdcl disconnected the service. As the tenant has cleared pending bill in full, i request tsspdcl to resume power supply at the earliest. In any emergency only people call an customer care... in spite of calling 50times also the call was not answered by west marredpally electricity customer care [protected]. If that was the case of not handling customer its waste of keep a customer care service.
