Hi sir I book my ticket from hyd to nirmal through online on 24/03/17 for service number 7984 mgbs to kadem seat number 19 it showed in online window seat at two seater side but in bus seat no 19 is at 3seater side...it's cheating I buy in online and spend extra money... what is this sir customers lose the believe on tsrtc and they go private bus side...plz atleast give a good service to customers till now Was this information helpful? | |||
