Hi, The conductor of the bus right now I am travelling in has verbally abused and slapped an old passenger in bus. The bus has started from hyderabad running to jagtial. The old man refused to accept 10/-coin and requested a replacement for which the conductor response was unexpectedly abusive and violent. The conductor needs counselling. As it's a live situation..
