I reserved my ticket for 8324 service which should be in uppal x road at 8:50 pm and expected to be reached hanamkonda at 11:00 pm but it came at 10:30 pm.
Even he started from uppal at 11:15 pm, they are chitchatting themselves for people to occupy vacant seats which are already reserved and they cancelled too...
It's worst service and even i didn't get any late status. I didn't received driver number too...
To reach at time we reserved our ticket and paid more than regular ticket price which made us to wait for more than 2:15 hours.
Need an action on them. I should know ur response.
If it is delayed due to traffic, we should get atleast a message i. E. Bus will be late... So that we will cancel and may take other bus to reach in time to our destination.
This reservation service and buses are worst towards warangal-hanamkonda.
Many people suffered due to this delay of buses without information.
I had a doubt, buses which are not for reservation are coming from mgbs but these service buses are not able to come... Something is wrong here... Hope allocation of buses or managing buses... This is the worst service...
I need the action on this tsrtc.
