Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — bus conductor overcharged ticket and misbehaving

Hi team, i boarded a bus from gachibowli bus stop to icicic stop, the bus conductor gave me a ticket of rs 14 and charged me rs 25, when i questioned he gave me 5 rupees back and misbehaved with me in a very illiterate manner.
