Dear sir, I booked bus ticket from hyderabad to kothagudem. Tsrtc cancelled the service without prior intimation to me. Before commencement of my journey i called customer support so many times (By standing at pickup point) regarding the service. Customer support said 'bus is not yet started, once it's started we will give you driver information. After elapse of time, i called depot manager then i came to know service got cancelled by tsrtc.
