Hello. On 21st of June 2018 I booked tsrtc ticket having service number 8650/khmm-kphp. I didn't get confirmation message and money was transformed to tsrtc. The tickets I booked was sold to someone. Iam travelling to daily from koti - kondapur.please make available more buses between 6.30PM- 7.30PM .There are many people waiting for since two hours there is no proper bus to kondapur particular at 6.45 PM.

amonut is deducted 560 rs. from my account and received a message for deduction
but the ticket is not confirmed and didn't receive message or email.
