Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — driver and conductor rash behaviour with old women they had thrown her from bus

An old woman is thrown out of the bus along with her bag as she was not having money to pay the ticket. I had given money from my pocket inspite of that driver and conductor rejected the money and without any mercy she was brutally thrown out. Is this the humanity grounds known to government employees. Please take severe action on conductor.
