Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — foot rest not working when asked to driver I was told cancel the ticket if you don't want

Regarding service 1294-kurnool to bengaluru. Seat number 19, foot rest is not working. As we are choosing this facility because we will have good services and quality of bus. But foot rest is not working and when i asked bus service people they said it is knot working. I was told to cancel the ticket if i don't want the service. Is this way to treat customers.
