Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — i'm complaining about not giving seat to elderly lady and misbehaviour of driver

I'm shivani travelling in ts16z 0167, two guys were sitting in ladies seat. I asked the conductor to get them up but in return he behaved rudely with me. I just asked the which i am deserved to get. The driver spoke to me very rudely. I asked the seat for an old lady. I am leaving in a country where the women are treated as goddess but today we are not getting our facilities
