Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — i'm complaining about the my money that was taken by the bus conductor

I have complain on the bus conductor (Lady bus conductor) of bus ap11z6099, she happens to take my 100 rupees and asks me to give change instead. While i was searching for the change she put the money somewhere and claims that i never gave her 100 rupees. I'm a student, every penny means alot to me. Kindly request you to take some action against her as she's yelling back at me for requesting my money own money.
