Dear sir, we are traveling with kids from khammam to Hyderabad on 30/04/2019, started in kmm by 5am. Service code 8694/ kmm - mgbs, due to leakage of AC water, we are not able to sit on seats, we prefer Rajadhani as we feel that it will be comfortable, but theses type situations will ruin the reputation of TSRTC, even the ambience is not good and there are many mosquitoes in bus, kindly take necessary action Was this information helpful? | |||

Glass window of seat no 27 and 28 of bus no 29z2702 broken aand fallen on passenger when bus is on the way from nalgonda to hyderabad at toofranpet and caused injuries to passenger and tthe driver is irresponsible and didn't stop the buus even after insisting to stop.strtict action should be taksn against drivr and tsrtc nalgonda depot.
