Bus number - ap 29 z 1972 Depo - achampet Bus condition is not so good. Windows are in bad condition if it is rainy or winter season we can't travel in the bus. Please look into the problem or arrange a new bus in place of this. We were willing to travel on the tsrtc that doesn't mean you will provide such buses for the routes. Today i.e 9.11.2018 at 12.30AM bus from Kurnool to Hyderabad not given me consesion for Vanita Card. I original Card with me conductor seen the card and given ticket as without consesion without saying any reason and bad behaviour. Please make RTC conductors to co-operate with oassemgers.

Sir we are facing lot of problem s in 216 route in morning times. Especially from 8 to 9am. Please issue at least ten new services from dilshuknagar to gachibowli . Thank you
