[Resolved] Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — money refund and no response when called | |||
Recently i have booked 2 tickets from Hyderabad to Godavarikhani on 9th June 2018 Saturday. The amount(615/-) got deducted but we didn't get any e-mail or SMS. We have checked with the inquiry regarding the same. They confirmed if we didn't receive SMS or e-mail, that means the ticket got cancelled. I am trying to call the customer care from last 2 days but there was no response. Please look into this issue and do the refund.
