Sir I booked my seat in Rajdhani A/C bus departure time is 6pm at Hanamakonda bus station on[protected]. I booked ticket through online at around 4.30 to 4.40 pm on[protected] and tsrtc confirmed my online payment .while paying I observed that only few seats were reserved and remaining were available. I choose seat No.3 which was showing available. I paid and received payment confirmation. But I have not received any ticket confirmation information. when I went to board the bus at adalath, the bus was filled with passengers and driver was reluctant to answer my queries that why he didn’t confirm my ticket and timely he collected amount from passengers and filled the seats. No proper information from driver or enquiry officer. It made me very sad and I faced much inconvenience due to said acts of tarts, Rajdhani bus driver and enquiry officer as well.
The below mentioned problems I faced during my online booking in tsrtc
One hour prior to departure the online site of tsrtc opened and showing seats availability
But at the time of boarding the seats were sold to third parties
Why tsrtc shown availability of seats
No proper information from tsrtc about non availability of seats
While calling enquiry officer also no proper information
I request to respond. Otherwise I will file a complaint before proper authorities for justice Was this information helpful? |
