Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — refund amount not received

I have booked my bus ticket in TS RTC on[protected].
Date of Journey:[protected]
Unfortunately on the date of the journey(i.e.,[protected], I have received a message from TSRTC saying that the bus was canceled and the refund will be credited within 4 to 7 working days. It's been more than the intimated period by now but I haven't received my refund money yet. I am strongly disappointed with this kind of service and I even regret using TSRTC again. So I need my refund as soon as possible. I hereby furnish all the required details regarding the booked ticket.
